Another year around the Son 2026
May 17th In the daily reading plan we read Hosea 2-3, Romans 9:27-33
Good morning from DC. What a day yesterday. I am so very grateful and processing:) As for today The verse stands out…Hosea 2:1 (NKJV/KJV) states: “Say to your brethren, ‘My people,’ and to your sisters, ‘Mercy is shown’ this is my prayer for REDEDICATE AMERICA 🇺🇸!
Father what you plan is perfect, your gifts are perfect, your law is perfect, your atonement is perfect.
The Didache, or “Teaching of the Twelve Apostles,” likely dating to the second century, describes Christian life and practice in Syria. The text gives detailed instruction about the celebration of the Eucharist:
“We give you thanks, our Father, for the holy vine of David your servant, which you have made known to us through Jesus, your servant; to you be the glory forever. And concerning the broken bread: We give you thanks, our Father, for the life and knowledge that you have made known to us through Jesus, your servant; to you be the glory forever. Just as this broken bread was scattered upon the mountains and then was gathered together and became one, so may your church be gathered together from the ends of the earth into your kingdom; for yours is the glory and the power through Jesus Christ forever.”
Psalm 133 🦆🦆🦆

We picked up some gifts for our host. And chatted with a vendor from Egypt, her warmth and Egyptian treats lured us in, ohhlala the best baklava.
