Read Job 25-26, 1 Corinthians 13:1-7
Bildad’s third round steals the hope given to the fallen sinners Adam and Eve. He asserts a question, Can one born of a woman can be pure? (Job 25:4 NET) Bildad says nothing of the LORD’s promise from Genesis 3:15. The seed of a woman a future descendant of Eve will be pure.
Job utilizes sarcasm and it makes like him all the more. Job 26:2-4 My summary: Bildad, You aren’t fruitful at all! And I can’t help but pray my words produce fruit, encourage, or restore. (Gal 6:1, 1 Cor 13:1)
Hermeneutics is to study and attempt to understand, the meaning of a particular Bible verse. As we slowly read through Job it gives us an opportunity for understanding. Job introduces the connection between ancient poetry and faith. Job comprehends creation and the foundational principles in the earth such as death and Sheol (Job 26:5-6, Isaiah 14:8-9 NET). In Job 26:7-11 he emphasizes the heavens as the work of God. Job describes a poetic nephology, “He locks the waters in his clouds, and the clouds do not burst with he weight of them.” (Job 26:8 NET) He cites the power of God to still the sea and it is not missed on me how Christ will calm the sea in Mark 4:39. These are the outer fringes of his ways! (Job 26:14) God is mystical and mysterious and is not an easy to understand subject for Job, yet our sufferer tries to comprehend the all-encompassing nature of God. (1 Cor 13:2-3) Job endures.
“In the beginning, Lord, you laid the foundations of the earth, and the heavens are the work of your hands.” (Hebrews 1:10)

Luke 21:27 “And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.” Acts 1:9
1 Thes 4:17 NET Then we who are alive, who are left, will be suddenly caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will always be with the Lord.
Later in Job Elihu will tell Job to be a cloudspotter, not bad company eh? Do you recall Elijah’s servant!? (1 Kings 18:44) in Job 35:5 “Look unto the heavens, and see; and behold the clouds which are higher than thou.”
