LAST WEEK a long time AWAKE Family member texted me, revival has come to my family! What a gift of joy.
In MAY 2024 FROM KELLI,
I wanted to share a miracle with you! Last week was rough and we are still recovering. Got a call early last Monday morning from our SIL that Ashlee has been taken via ambulance to ER and admitted to ICU. She remained there until Thursday. She had been sick over the weekend and vomiting and then her insulin pump malfunctioned and they don’t know how long she was without insulin. She was at death’s door when the EMTS arrived. She shared with us a story during the time when 10 EMTS were gathered around her. She had a dream as she was going in and out of consciousness. In her “dream” she said she saw 2 other people who were supposed to take their turn to go to sleep and they weren’t taking their turn. She thought to herself that if they weren’t going to, she was tired, so she would just take one of their places. She said she heard a voice say, “No, Ashlee, it isn’t your time to sleep.” Chilling in every way possible! It was a difficult week getting all her metabolic functions back to normal and correcting the extreme dehydration her body endured. It is a miracle she didn’t slip into a coma, have a seizure, or stroke. Her blood sugar was 1600. She is home now recovering and we are so very grateful she is alive. She needs prayer for her liver particularly. They are keeping an eye on that. She had a doctor visit yesterday and her liver enzymes are coming down and her blood pressure was perfect. More miracles!I did not fly out because we knew once they stabilized her that her body would respond and bounce back. She’s still exhausted and tired, but doing much better.I share this with you as a testimony to His healing power to raise the dead! He is able! Share with your Awake family as you see fit.
