AWAKE BIBLE IN A YEAR NOVEMBER 12

Read Acts 9-11

When it is done to you, whatever it is, it is done to Jesus. Just outside the city, a brilliant light flashing from heaven suddenly exploded all around him. Falling to the ground, he heard a booming voice say to him, “Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting me?” (Acts 9:3b-4)
I’ll say it again, When it is done to you, whatever it is, it is done to Jesus.
Also when you do the thing, so does Jesus.
We are his representatives. So we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were making His appeal through us; we [as Christ’s representatives] plead with you on behalf of Christ to be reconciled to God. (2 Cor 5:20 AMP)
The Spirit of God lives in us. Groans prayers in us, for us. (Romans 8) We must walk in the Spirit. This is the promised HELPER is available to each hungry heart. The Spirit has feelings, and sometimes they run parallel to ours, and sometimes when we commune with God we find our flesh has been leading. And we are prompted to walk in a new direction. Ananias went toward the danger! WHY? The Spirit directed him. Where is God redirecting you?

Mary Beth “But Ananias answered, “Lord, I have heard from many about this man, how much evil he has done to your saints at Jerusalem.”
‭‭Acts‬ ‭9‬:‭13‬ ‭ESV‬‬

I noticed how Ananias had some fear about what the Lord was telling Him to do. He voiced it to the Lord and then the Lord reassured him and he went.

Jesus I pray for your mighty power to be stronger then all my fears! I pray that when you reassure me of your truth I wouldn’t doubt for another second but I would walk in faith!
