Israel in Egypt is exceedingly fruitful. They begin to fill the land. It’s here a family becomes more of a nation in appearance and number.
Oppression can’t stop them from multiplying.
Moses is born and the future leader of the Exodus is placed in a basket in the Nile. God is up to something.
So God looked on the Israelites and was concerned about them. Exodus 2:25
