Grandma’s Parker House Rolls

9 g of yeast

220 g cup scalded, milk 

70 g of sugar 

720 g of flour 

17 g of salt 

41 g of oil 

207 g of water 

Add dissolved yeast to warm water. Add lukewarm milk and 360 g of flour.

Knead until smooth add oil and remaining flour and kneed 

place an oiled bowl cover and rise until double 

portion into three sections roll out onto circles and cut into 12 triangles like the pie  roll into crescent place on cookie sheets or parchment paper

let it rise a little and then bake at 350 for 15 minutes. 

I like to mess around with whole wheat white flour ratio fyi and for sure brush the tops with your favorite butter. The picture below has half Montana whole wheat white flour 🙂
