Another year around the Son 1.18.25

Read Job 15-16, James 1:1-18
Does age equate to wisdom? Eliphaz seems to put weight in the wisdom of the fathers. Job 15:10, 18
Have you heard young boys quarrel about their fathers? They “one-up” each other by boasting about their father’s boat, truck, size of truck, number of boats ect. Now days we settle things with our smart phones. If our earthly fathers seem flat, or our wisdom seems lacking the original Father of all CREATION is a rich resource. Proverbs 1:7 NET
James urges us to see temptations and trials differently. James would encourage Job to remain steadfast. And James is plain about where wisdom comes from, God. James 1:5,12 NET
Patti Adkisson Wow! Did you see it? Jesus is displayed in Job 16:19-21
“Even now my witness is in heaven my advocate is on high. My intercessor is my friend as my eyes pour out tears to God; on behalf of a man he pleads with God as one pleads for a friend.”
Hebrews 7:25 says, “Therefore he is also able to save those forever those who draw near to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them.”
We even see in John 17:20-23 that Jesus intercedes for us before we even become believers, “I pray for these followers but I am also praying for all those who will believe in me because of their teaching…”.
We have a great intercessor! The best!
