AWAKE BIBLE IN A YEAR DECEMBER 3

Read Acts 20:1-3, Romans 1-4

“David says the same thing when he speaks of the blessedness of the one to whom God credits righteousness apart from works: “Blessed are the those whose transgressions are forgiven, whose sins are covered. Blessed is the one whose sin the Lord will never count against them.”” Romans 4:6-8, Psalm 32:1-2

You have this blessing!!!

Unrighteousness suppresses the truth, but the entire created world reveals HIM! Romans 1:18-20

We can not say I didn’t know. He has made every effort to offer us mercy and grace. It’s all around us.

“Opposition to truth cannot be excused on the basis of ignorance, because from the creation of the world, the invisible qualities of God’s nature have been made visible, such as his eternal power and transcendence. He has made his wonderful attributes easily perceived, for seeing the visible makes us understand the invisible. So then, this leaves everyone without excuse.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭1‬:‭20‬ ‭TPT‬‬

Beauty hammers upon our unbelief as we see the qualities of God’s nature in HIS creation. Creation astounds and is speaking —NO more than speaking it is shouting praise to its author.

Nature displays the invisible attributes, and HIS eternal power.

Ice crystals. Birds in flight. The American Buffalo.

While gapping at the falling snow I’ve seen it, or in the detail of a dried orange held to the light, or my ear has heard it in musicianship creating sounds of beauty. In the way the Designer created the nurture of a mother’s love. SELAH, pause and think about this wonder with me.
If we gaze truly at the beauty around us, drop our jaws and stare at them we will see HIM, the eternal truth. This week take even the smallest fragment of time to ponder these lessons, and we will find worship as natural as breathing.

“No unbelief made him waver concerning the promise of God, but he grew strong in his faith as he gave glory to God, fully convinced that God was able to do what he had promised.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭4:20-21‬ ‭ESV‬‬

This grabs my attention this morning: NO unbelief made him waver, but he grew strong in his faith as he gave glory to God.

“Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.” Hebrews 11:1
