1-2 bunches of kale chopped drizzled in the juice of a lemon
1-2 cups white beans your choice
1 batch of basil chopped
1 shallot chopped
4-5 healthy varieties of heirloom tomatoes chopped
2 small avocados added at the last
a healthy drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and juice of one more lemon
oh yeah and sprinkle in dehydrated onions
The juices of the tomatoes and the lemon juice the olive oil all mix nicely to create your dressing. Mix these and salt and pepper them generously. Let them rest together.
Toss remaining items and serve.
