AWAKE BIBLE IN A YEAR OCTOBER 10
Read Matthew 8:1-4, 9:1-17, 12:1-21, Mark 1:40-45, 2, 3:1-21, Luke 5:12-39, Luke 6:1-19

I just read that exact scripture from Isaiah in the OLD SOUTH MEETING HOUSE in Boston. Matthew 12:17-21 recognizes Jesus as the servant of the Lord. This scripture is held up to explain his behavior. He is not after the popular vote, or the buzz on the streets. He withdrew when plots of violence erupted. As he does the crowd follows him, and still he is healing the broken. JESUS can bring justice to the nations! JESUS will not falter or be discouraged in his task. Jesus won’t break a bruised reed or snuff out a smoldering wick. JESUS is eternally faithful. He is enthroned even now. His teachings bring a flood of hope to the parched thirst of the world.
Missionary you will have victory.
Jesus the just! Jesus the merciful rules.
Take time worshipping JESUS and thanking him for spiritual victory, victory in the heavens and victory in the earth! Thank him for salvation and revival. Jesus is praying for you. Wherever you are Joshua: JESUS INTERCEDES FOR YOU (Hebrews 7:25; Romans 8:34).
Exodus 17:9-13.
“ Moses realized that Israel’s victory was attached to his posture before God. For leaders and intercessors, the victory that God’s people are reaching for is often in some measure, attached to their stance before God. The position of leaders in the ‘prayer posture’ will add power and victory to the people in the ‘fight posture.” Frances Frangipane
“A bruised reed he will not break, and a smoldering wick he will not snuff out, till he has brought justice through to victory. In his name the nations will put their hope.””
Matthew 12:20-21 NIV
