READ GENESIS 34-37
Psalm 12:6-7
The words and promises of the Lord are pure words,
Like silver refined in an earthen furnace, purified seven times.
You, O Lord, will preserve and keep them;
You will protect him from this [evil] generation forever.
God has a promise for Joseph, it will be refined, tested, and purified-YET it will come to pass.
Joseph has a dream from God. And now HE IS about to go through the process. And I’m thankful God’s plan for Joseph couldn’t be stopped by his brothers selling him into slavery! Rather it proves the Romans 8:28 truth–God works all things together for your good because you love him and are called according to his purpose!
