Vegan (Creamy) Cheese Sauce

This is for a white cream sauce, great in Potato Salad, or over pasta! 1 cup unsalted raw cashews 1 cup hot H2O 1 cup plant milk 1/2 cup almond flour 1/8 cup liquid aminos 1 cap full apple cider vin 1 quarter of a jalapeno Juice of 2 lemons 1-2 t. liquid smoke (if you have it) salt to taste   Soak the cashews in in the H20 for 30-40 min (or if you have a really strong blender omit). 1 small white onion chopped 1 bunch of green onions chopped 2-4 sticks of celery chopped 6-8 red potatoes boiled and chopped 1-2 handfuls of fresh asparagus and green beans blanched and cooled 1 t. India black salt (smells like eggs) 1 cup of vegan cream sauce 1 cup Vegenaise 1 T stoneground mustard 1 bunch of chopped chives 1 lemon juiced 1 bunch of fresh chopped dill to taste salt and pepper to taste   Boil and prep potatoes.
